Landhaus Rust is open from March to December for adults and young people aged 12 and over. Reservations are only valid upon receipt of a written reservation confirmation.

The rooms are in different locations (e.g. ground floor or upper floor) and have different furnishing elements (e.g. additional sofa, position of the TV). The allocation of rooms for our guests is done automatically via our booking platform. If you have personal preferences, please inform us in good time.
Please understand that pets are unfortunately not permitted out of consideration for our guests and our spatial possibilities.

€ 69 in a comfort double room per person/night (1-2 persons)
€ 74 in a comfort "double room plus" per person/night (1-4 persons, 25% discount for 3rd and 4th person)
€ 79 in the suite (2 bedrooms) per person/night (1-5 persons, 25% discount for 3rd, 4th and 5th person)
High season (July and August):
€ 84 in a comfort double room per person/night (1-2 persons)
€ 89 in a comfort "double room plus" per person/night with (1-4 persons, 25% discount for 3rd and 4th person)
€ 94 in the suite (2 bedrooms) per person/night (1-5 persons, 25% discount for 3rd, 4th and 5th person)
The minimum stay during the high season is two nights, the surcharge for short stays of only one night is EUR 10,- per person.
The room prices include breakfast buffet and statutory VAT. The local tax of EUR 2.50 per person (over 18 years) and per night is not included in the room price. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. For single occupancy we reduce the price of the room by 25% (based on an occupancy of 2 persons).
When booking we ask for a deposit of 50% of the selected arrangement.

Discounts:
Children and young people up to their 18th birthday: 25 % discount with two full-paying adults
For stays of 1 week or more (7 nights), we grant a 10% discount for direct bookings via our website/email/telephone.

Cancellation conditions (according to ÖHVB):
Until 3 months before the arrival day: no cancellation fee
Up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40 % of the booked arrangement
Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70 % of the booked arrangement
Within the last week before the arrival day: 90 % of the booked arrangement
In case of no-show: 100 % of the booked arrangement
Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (selectable on our website when booking).
