When booking we ask for a deposit of 50% of the selected arrangement.
The room rates include breakfast buffet and statutory VAT. The local tax of EUR 2,50 per person (over 18 years) and per night is not included in the room rate. All rooms are non-smoking rooms. For single occupancy of double rooms, the price per person per night is € 90 in low season and € 115 in high season. For a stay of one night, a supplement of € 10 per person will be charged. The minimum stay within the high season is two nights.

Please note: It is not allowed to take the pet in common areas.
When leaving the pension do not leave the pet alone in the room. Pets are not allowed in the bed.
Cancellation conditions (according to ÖHVB):
Until 3 months before the arrival day: no cancellation fee
Up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40 % of the booked arrangement
Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70 % of the booked arrangement
Within the last week before the arrival day: 90 % of the booked arrangement
In case of no-show: 100 % of the booked arrangement
