Good to know:

Landhaus Rust is open from March to December for adults and young people aged 12 and over. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a written booking confirmation.

Check-in: 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm
Check-out: by 10.00 am

If you wish to check in or out outside these times, please contact us in good time.

The rooms are situated in different locations (e.g. ground floor or upper floor) and feature different amenities (e.g. an extra sofa, TV placement). Rooms are allocated to our guests automatically via our booking platform. Should you have any personal preferences, please let us know in good time.

Please understand that, out of consideration for our guests and due to space constraints, pets are unfortunately not permitted.

We will be happy to do our best to accommodate your requests. Please contact us in advance regarding any special requirements so that we have the opportunity to arrange these for you in good time.

Room rates for 2026, including breakfast buffet:

Low season (March to June, September to December): 
€74 in a double room per person per night for 2 full-paying guests (1–2 people)
€79 in a Double Room Plus per person per night for 2 full-paying guests (1–4 people, 25% discount for the 3rd and 4th person)
€84 in a Suite (2 bedrooms) per person per night for 2 full-paying guests (1–5 people, 25% discount for the 3rd, 4th and 5th person)

Peak season (July and August):
€89 in a Double Room per person per night for 2 full-paying guests (1–2 people)
€94 in a Double Room Plus per person per night for 2 full-paying guests (1–4 people, 25% discount for the 3rd and 4th person)
€99 in a suite (2 bedrooms) per person per night for 2 full-paying guests (1–5 people, 25% discount for the 3rd, 4th and 5th person)

The minimum stay during the high season is two nights; the surcharge for short stays of just one night is €10 per person.

Room rates include a breakfast buffet and VAT. The local tourist tax of EUR 4.50 per person (over 18 years of age) per night is not included in the room rate. All rooms are non-smoking. For single occupancy, we reduce the room rate by 25% (based on double occupancy).

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the selected package price.

Discounts:

Children and young people up to their 18th birthday:
25% discount when accompanied by two full-paying guests

For stays of one week or more (7 nights), we offer a 10% discount for direct bookings made via our website, email or telephone.

Bouquet of flowers in your room:
€35 per bouquet (provided in your room on arrival)

Cancellation policy (in accordance with ÖHVB):
Up to 3 months before the day of arrival: no cancellation fee
Up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the booked package
Up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70% of the booked package
Within the last week before the day of arrival: 90% of the booked package
No-show: 100% of the booked package

Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (available to select when booking on our website).
